What is a Zoup

A zoup is a gathering around a home table.

Why "zoup"

How a zoup works

  1. The host opens their home and proposes a meal.
  2. Participants book a seat.
  3. Everyone contributes to the cost of the meal.
  4. You meet, eat, talk. The rest is done by the home.

Host / Guest / Zouper

The Host decides what to cook, when to do it and what expense contribution to ask for.
The Guest participates in the meal and contributes fairly.
Together, Host and Guest become zoupers: people who choose to meet around a table.
